Dreams and MOAR Pokemon?

I had the coolest dream last night. It just makes me so excited just thinking about it and remembering it gives me the shivers, even now. Like it was so vivid and I could like see...see and make out the various textures of everything. Well it wasn't so much the plot of the dream--that was kinda silly and random, but this one scene in it. Seriously random plot and stuff--it was like this idol thing--not American Idol-like, but more like the Asian kind though with that kind of reality show feeling to it. Like I think the girls were supposed to perform something or another--I kind've skip that part in the dream and like went straight into this one girl's performance thing and through a couple others--most were kinda boring though another one was really cool too.

Just wow, that one scene especially. It was just amazing. I guess you could relate it to the kind of show you see at Sea World with the killer whales and stuff, but this was far far more amazing. This is one of the times I wish I was more artistic so I could communicate the images I get better. Like it was...

Let's start with that setting, one of those open air stadiums you'd see a killer whale perform in. But close it off now, so now the stadium is under a roof. Though this isn't important. You enter through the door. You take a seat in the middle of a bleacher and look around--the room itself is sparsely populated. It's night out, through one of those windows, you see the moon positively glowing through, leaking moonbeams and everything. Therefore, even though no lights are on in this room, you see just fine. The feeling itself that surrounds the room it just serene now, a gentle feeling.

You blink. Suddenly it seems time has skipped forward and now it's right in the middle of the performance. In the dark water, there is the nameless girl treading water. And suddenly from under her the water seems to contort into this shape and leap up! It takes on the shape of a whale's tail, gracefully throwing the girl into the air. It's then you take a closer look at the dark waters. You gasp, this water, it's the color of a dark emerald! The texture is like marble--all smooth and curling, but it has a silk-like appearance. It doesn't move like water either, it looks thicker, like silk, but it flows like a dense liquid--maybe something you'd see in a lava lamp. Even though you are sitting far away, you can see all the intricate details of that tail, the rounded curves and everything.

The performance goes on, from this dark emerald, marble-like liquid spawns various other forms. Colossal bodies that are almost dolphin-like but not quite appear so flowingly and quickly, like seeing a flower suddenly bloom...and then, like the flower, fade away as if gravity had gotten the best of it. Never a drop of this liquid ever leaves the main body, it's always connected. There is no sound, only the sight of this contorting liquid taking the form of a sea creature in this dark, yet serene setting. You feel, at the same time, utterly exhilarated, leaning in, watching as the back of this creature appears and the girl rides on it before flipping off and being launched yet again--this time by a giant fin. You notice now that she has bright emerald color hair that seems to contrast with the entire setting and baby blue-colored eyes.

You blink and woefully leave the scene and see on a theater stage a large screen. It's another idol's performance. You don't remember much--you think the girl has wavy long brown hair but don't care. Everything moves in slow motion, she is embracing some guy and they are smiling. The colors are predominately brown, dark red, and yellow. These are the colors of the leaves falling around them. It feels so dull and muted unlike the vividness of the previous performance.

Two others past that you don't remember and then comes the girl you were cheering for. Her performance takes the form of a music video, she is singing though you can't hear the words. This time, you suddenly see everything with the same vividness as the first performance. It takes place outside, in a forest--it looks and feels something like spring only, the main color is this bright orchid yellow. The leaves falling around her are this bright color yellow, zooming into the flower, you see a calanthe blooming that is the same color of yellow. Suddenly everything around the girl--she's Asian, you now notice--speeds up until it's all a blur and suddenly you're in front of this huge building that completely dwarfs you in it's shadow. You see it and are as much in awe of it as you were the marble-like water. It is rectangle-shaped although, midway, the building arcs inwards. Here the unheard song seems to crescendo--you just feel it. Everything leads to this moment that you are standing in, looking up to this huge goldenrod-colored building. You see each individual brick that this building constitutes of. It is framed by the night in the background and a bright full moon. It feels so ethereal. There are many, many windows in this building, many of the lights are on. You see those bricks and notice the differentiating shades of this building. It all seems to hit you at once, the presence, the shade, the texture of the bricks, the flowers, everything--it knocks you off your feet.

And you wake up, still seeing, almost tasting the feeling of the child-like awe of the water and wonderment of the building on the tip of your tongue. And, dang, even though you were cheering for the one girl, you were just knocked off your feet by the crazy water performance.

Anyway, um I had a job interview thing at Macy's today. ~crosses fingers~ Please let me get job there! Better than McDonalds! Far better!

Heh, all I've been doing this week is playing Pokemon. Seriously, I haven't played the gameboy game since um...woah, Essi came here? My bro last Sunday challenged me so I happily obliged. Bought Crystal for about $5 at gamestop so playing that instead of Gold which means I get to keep my waay old game too! We're doing fresh starts and stuff and I totally changed my team. Not one of the lineup I'm using were on my past dream team. Also ~pouts~ it's not fair! Espeon and Scizor are my most favorites but Bro claimed and is using them! So not cool. Right now, all I know is that he's using Scizor, Meganium, and Espeon. Maybe that Pidgeot because I know he has a lv 50 one right now and might be lazy and keep it as filler.

I was going to use a Raichu because they're aren't that many good electric types so I was kinda like "meh" let's use the stupid fat rodent. But like, I hate Pikachu so much. ~eats~ Stupid Steak was so squishy and a headache to train so I gave up. Urgh. I wasted all those vitamin and money to make the stupid Pichu happy and it finally evolved and gave more grief because it was still so squishy! So I'm going Jolteon! Back in Blue, I always chose Vaporeon so Jolteon is a new one for me. So in place of Espeon, I have Jolteon and Skarmory for Scizor. I really like the metal bird so I'm not too sad. Also, back then, I chose Typhosion and then brought Charizard in from Blue...but this time I just got my starter and as soon as I hit a Growlithe, ditched it for that. And, heh, I beat 6 gyms with just that Growlithe. Was so fun. It's all Steak's fault though and, because of him, I had to change the team again. So I got an Alakazam instead of Espeon. And duude, that's going to be crazy gamble for me and I have terrible luck. Buut, I'm dying to try out Counter + Alakazam. If it works it would be so awesome. Only thing messed up right now with team is that I don't have a good dark type because of the rearranging. Might try to get an Umbreon as back up just in case bro goes Psychic happy like he did back then. Or go back to Godzilla, but that wouldn't be too fun because I used him before. I want to keep using this Growlithe because of fond memories...could breed one for Crunch though....urgh

Decisions, decisions.

Mhmmmm, that sounds like a beautiful dream. :) A good auspice for your interview? :D Tell me how the job search turns out?

Haha, I find it funny that you hate pikachus, because a friend of mine at school has given me the nickname "Pikachu"--apparently because of perpetually bouncy-ness? Haha, and YES, Pokemon is intense. :D Hilarious how you call your pikachu "Steak" XD

>.< It's just so hard to describe it's sheer awesomeness of the dream though. Even if I took the time to slowly construct and try to translate it all into words I don't think I have the talent to do so.

The job search is utter grossness. urgh, neways, what's your plans for the summer?

Haha, you are pretty bouncy though it's not in a really ridiculous fashion like the fat yellow rodent. ~nods~ And because it's a fat, useless, and squishy rodent, why shouldn't I call it Steak? It was that or X.Crispy though Steak was more simple sounding so...XPXP

Hm, I think the sea air at school affects me so that normally pretty bouncy becomes, well, AHEM. XD But lmao, "Steak" just makes me hungry. XD Gah, now every time I play Pokemon Yellow the image of a steak is just going to pop into my head. XD WHAT HAVE YOU STARTED? XD LMAO, j/k.

And no idea really for summer. :P I'll figure it out. ;D

But I'll see you around Macy's this summer? :D You do know that if you get this job, Jules and I will be obligated to bother and annoy visit you at work? :D :D :D

Bah, it can't be that bad. And yay for Pokemon playing! You're more than welcome to bring your game over and vs me and my bro sometime on Stadium 2. It will be awesome!

Steaaak! Steak! One of things I really missed while away at college was meat. So I was almost always wanting steak. aaand...TOTALLY GUUD FOR ME!!! YAY CORRUPTION!! BWAHAHAHA! heh

tch, that's if I get the stupid job which I don't know. But seriously, don't waste your time job hunting. It's like futile. I've been to like ALL the restaurants and more-or-less went door-to-door shops in the mall, plus applied to a few internships and stuff. urgh, I can't even get into McDonalds! Stupid economy. ~kicks~

Haha, you KNOW something's up when even McDonalds says, "Oops, sorry, economy bad." Dx And you'll probably get it--why not? :) What department would you be working under? Do you know?

well it's not so much like McDonalds saying it as much as it's just well...so implicitly obvious. Like these low tier, entry-level jobs used to be so very bountiful and stuff. But now, it's like, everyone and their sister and cousin's cousin are fighting for it. And like, people like me who have no real experience besides heaps and heaps of volunteer work is going to get screwed over by someone who actually has real experience.

Actually, the job itself was just a back up position. >.< I told the lady I'm fine with anything except the Cosmetics. ~sighs~ I'm at least competing against a girl our age who worked at Hollister before so...urgh. ORZ
