dumplings!
Yesterday was lots of fun. Went to mall with dib. We just wandered around aimlessly (curse you American Eagle! I will never forgive you for replacing Borders!!!) for the most part though I did buy a DVD I need to watch today for a stupid English paper whose due date was shifted forward from Thursday to Tuesday. ~pouts~ Oh well, my goal is to finish it today. Shouldn't be too hard of an assignment and I always BS my English papers as it is and still do fine. Wish I could say the same for my Psych ones...
Going back to the mall-thing, I was super amused that there are so many new shops that opened and replaced others. Like I don't know half the mall anymore and don't care to. Clothes shopping is boring, especially when they are super designer and expensive. Speaking of which, ~laughs~ we got a Michael Kors shop which amuses me to no end because I just marathon all of Season 4 of Project Runway the other day, well the ones that were out. Urgh.
Neways, we left the mall around 9-ish. And then, suddenly around 9:30 my mom got this strange urge to make dumplings. Naturally I get dragged along but this time dib too! >.< It was really weird calling her and being all like, "So, I know we just saw each other and stuff...but you want to come over and make dumplings with me?" o_O Duude you could hear the raise brows and incredulous tones in voices. But it ended up being lots of good fun. Made probably over a hundred or two. And my um, dumpling-fu has gotten better. ~nods sagely~ I have a yellow belt now! XPXP
Oh yeah, went to Barnes&Nobles, introduced dib to the sweet random awesomeness of Azumanga and Yotsuba. ~proud~
